Refund policy

At Zenica Organics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and seals must be intact

  • Order receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before shipping.
❗ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zenicaorganics.com, with clear photos or videos.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or promotional bundles

This policy complies with consumer protection and hygiene standards in Pakistan.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note the following:

  • COD payments are collected by the courier at delivery

  • Cash refunds are not issued for COD orders

✔ Approved COD Refunds Will Be Processed As:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Store credit / voucher (upon customer preference)

📌 COD Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable for approved returns or verified damaged / incorrect items

  • Customer must provide valid bank account details (Account Title, Bank Name, IBAN)

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval and inspection

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable for COD orders unless the error was from Zenica Organics.

Refund Processing (All Orders)

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary

  • Refund delays caused by banks or courier partners are beyond our control
